Shipping costs

Due to a wide range of products that ship from our warehouse as well as our manufacturer's warehouse, our shipping prices vary between each product. If we offer free shipping for a product, the product page will show the "free shipping icon". To find out the shipping costs, please click the "Add to Cart" button, which it will automatically take you to our shopping cart page. You can also click the shopping cart at the top right to take you there. At the shopping cart page, you will see "Calculate Shipping" feature, which you just put your zip code, click calculate to get the shipping cost. The shipping rate is calculated directly from the UPS website.

Shipping Method

The majority of all our items will ship via UPS or Fed Ex. Our website shipping calculator is set up for our primary carrier which is UPS. Shipping charges may cost a bit more, but they are the best carriers in the United States. With proven great service that they stand by, UPS or Fed Ex for our preferred shipping carriers. Certain items may be shipped either via UPS Surepost or Fed Ex Smartpost. If free shipping is offered for a selected product, only certain items will or can be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping service is available so please read the expedited shipping option below if you want to choose that option. If you ever have a question about shipping or have special circumstances of shipments to your area, it is important to contact us immediately upon ordering so, we can make sure your order is shipped accordingly. An example and most common is a customer address where their local USPS does not deliver to their address.

Shipping Availability

Right below the "Add to Cart Button" on every product we offer, we provide the shipping availability timeline (Example: Usually Ships within 1-2 Business Days). Besides our stock items, we offer many manufacturer direct and custom made to order items that ship directly from our manufacturer's. So, this lead time given is a must for the processing and production of the items. A majority of all our items will ship sooner than advertised but we provide this time frame for our admin, warehouse, and shipping processing. Please remember that this lead time is in business days which is Monday through Friday (Except Holidays). The shipping timeline does NOT include transit time.

Expedited Shipping Option

If you choose expedited shipping for your order, please remember the disclosed shipping availability that is shown for each product. The expedited option of 3 Day or 2 Day Shipping applies to the transit time once shipped. Not from the time the order was placed.

The expedited shipping option does not speed up the processing time for the selected product(s). Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping to Rural Areas

If you live in a rural area where delivery via any of the carriers such as UPS, FedEx, & USPS may have limitations or do not deliver to your address, please contact us immediately. Example: Your item ships via UPS SurePost or SmartPost which is a process of shipping via the carrier, and then delivered to your local post office for final delivery. If you live in a rural area that does not have USPS delivered to you, we need to be contacted immediately after you order is placed. You can either have it delivered to your local post office or we can leave a note on the order for specific shipping instructions. We will not be held responsible if one of the carriers can not deliver your item due to such cases.

PO BOX Addresses

Sorry, but due to the majority of all our items shipping via UPS or FedEx, we can not ship to PO Box Addresses. Please make sure that your ship to address is a physical address. If an order comes in with a PO Box address, we may contact you asking for a new physical address. There are certain products that we can ship to a PO Box but it is best that you contact us first with the product you want to purchase.

Hawaii, Alaska, & US Territories Shipping

Due to the many variations of shipping we offer, an additional shipping charge for shipments to HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, and US Territories may need to be applied. So, if we offer "Free Shipping" for a product and you are shipping to these areas, an additional surcharge for shipping would need to be paid after your order comes in. We could block all buyers from these areas but we still can ship to these areas but have certain limitations of control on our shipping options.

FPO / APO Shipping

Due to the majority of our products being shipped via UPS and FedEx, we can not ship to APO or FPO Addresses. Because our UPS calculator may notice the zip code being such, it may not give you the shipping costs. So, we highly suggest that you contact us first with the item(s) you would like to purchase, to see if we can ship to you. If an order comes in with an APO/FPO address that we can not ship to, we will contact you explaining this and may have to cancel your order. You could have your order shipped to a stateside address or we may be able to set up a special shipping arrangement. This special arrangement would be a method called "Piggy Back" shipping which is to have the item shipped to our warehouse and then we process for shipping to you. This special shipping arrangement would cost a bit more which we will explain this at the time of contact. Please call or email us for more details.


Once you receive our shipping notice with the tracking number, please visit the shipping carriers website to read about important information regarding receiving a package. Use the tracking number you received to track the shipment status and the delivery date of your package.

You may or may not have to sign for your package. That is determined by the driver if they can leave it at your door or in a secure place. You can also leave a note on your door instructing the carrier what to do with the package. If your area has a history of theft, you may want to contact UPS to set up special delivery or pick up.

Deliveries where the driver must deliver to someone at the address, if after three attempts to deliver your package is made with no success, your package will be returned. We will not be held liable for any non-delivery and the associated fees if returned.

It is important to follow your shipment tracking process of your order and to know when your item will be delivered. Using UPS MY CHOICE is also an option that can be found on their website which allows you to schedule, change address, or hold for pick up.

Upon receiving your item(s), please unpack from the packaging and inspect it to make sure that your order is correct, intact with no damages, and complete! If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the issue as quickly as possible.

UPS and FedEx Delivery Exception Notice: If the shipping carrier can not deliver your package due to business closed, no one home at the address for drop off, missing apartment/condo number, or incorrect address; the carrier will leave an exception notice. They will make three (3) delivery attempts for such issues which the tracking status will show this. It is important that you follow you shipping status for such issues, and contact the carrier immediately to correct the issue or arrange for pick up. If you provided the wrong address, a change of address fee will normally have to be paid which you will need to contact us for processing this request. This is why it is important to make sure your order "ship to address" is correct and valid. We as the seller will make an attempt to contact you with an email about the exception notice, but it is your responsibility to follow up on this. UPS does offer a free service called "MyChoice" which you can have direct control of all your shipments and change the address very easily. You can find this at the UPS website.

Undeliverable Returns: If after three (3) attempts are made to deliver your package as stated above, the carrier will return the package to the sender. If a package is returned due to the above exception notices, we are charged a return shipping fee by the carriers. This fee will vary as it is based on your zip code and weight. The buyer is responsible for this fee that is charged for their return. We can provide you with the exact charges by sending you a scanned copy of the billing we receive every week. If your package was returned due to the above exception reason, please contact us to have your package reshipped. If you elect to cancel your order, the actual shipping charges, return shipping charge, and possibly restock fees will be deducted from your refund credit.

Order Cancellation and Change Policy

If you would like to cancel or change your order, it must be done within 48HRS after an order is placed. Due to the many customed made to orders items we offer, the manufacturer has a cancellation or change of order timeline that we must follow. For many of our custom made to order products, if you decide to cancel your order pass the above time, a 10-20% restocking fee may be charged. Each manufacturer has a set policy regarding this, and it is not something we charge but what they charge us.

Please make sure you add our email to your safe list for your email client and check your spam mail for our notices.

When your item ships, you will receive your shipping notice email. The email will have our order details, along with the tracking and a link to track it.


There are a few licensed products lines that can not be shipped internationally. For the items that ship directly from the manufacturer, many of them will not ship internationally. BUT, we do a method called "Piggy Back" shipping which is to have the item shipped to our warehouse and then we process for shipping to you. For those items, this is why the shipping is a bit higher because we must pay double shipping. At least we offer this method to cater to our international customers


Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility but there are some items that are covered so please contact us. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up! Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any delay in shipping because customs delay or holding of your items! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
