Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A:
If you add the item to our shopping cart, then you click "My Shopping Cart" up at the top of the page. You will then come to a page to put in your country and zip code to get the shipping price. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: When will my item(s) ship?
A: Right below the price, we provide the shipping availability time for all our products. Besides our stock items, we offer many "Made to Order" items that ship directly from the manufacturer which it will display this. The time line shown is in business days which is Monday thru Friday (Excluding Holidays).
