Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving your item if you are unsatisfied for any reason. In the unlikely event that a return is requested for your item purchased, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee! Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If free shipping was offered for the item being returned, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund credit. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. We try to describe our products in a thorough and accurate description as given by the manufacturer of the item.

In an event that your item was damaged during shipment, please contact for processing a claim to have your item replaced.

Steps for processing any type of return: 

  1. Contact us at customerservice@lnjsports.com explaining your issue with your order.  
  2.  
  3. Our customer service will begin the process for your Return Authorization Number - RA#.
  4.  
  5. We will contact you with your RA# and full detailed instructions for returning item.
  6.  
  7. Once your item is returned, it normally takes 2-3 business days to process the RA return.
DO NOT RETURN any item back to us without processing a RA# with our customer service.

Items returned to us without an RA# will be returned back to the sender.

LNJ Sports Shipping Policy:   

SHIPPING COST: Due to a wide range of products that ship both from our warehouse and the manufacturer's warehouse, our shipping options and prices can be found when you add the item to the shopping cart, then you click "My Shopping Cart" up at the top. You will then come to a page to put in your country and zip code to get the shipping price.  Majority of all our items will ship via UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may cost a bit more, but they are the best carriers in the United States. With proven great service that they stand by, we will only use UPS or FedEx for our shipping carrier. Only certain items will or can be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available on certain items which you can view the optional methods and costs during check out or in the shopping cart.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY: Right below the "Add to Cart Button" of every product we offer, we provide the shipping availability time line (Example: Usually Ships within 2-4 Business Days). Because we offer many manufacturer direct shipments and made to order items that ship directly from the manufacturer, this lead time given is a must for processing and production of the items. Majority of all our items will ship sooner then advertised but we provide this time frame for our admin, warehouse, and shipping processing. Please remember that this lead time is in business days which is Monday through Friday (Except Holidays).  The shipping time line does NOT include transit time.

PO BOX ADDRESSES: Sorry, but due to majority of all our items shipping via UPS or FedEx, we can not ship to PO Box Addresses. Please make sure that your ship to address is a physical address. If an order comes in with a PO Box address, we may contact you asking for a new physical address.

SPECIAL SHIPPING SURCHARGES: Due to the many variations of shipping we off
er, additional shipping charges for shipments to ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO may be applied. PLEASE Contact us with the items your interested in and we will be able to answer your questions.

FPO/APO SHIPPING: Due to majority of our products being shipped via UPS and FedEx, we can not ship to APO or FPO Addresses. Because our shopping cart shipping calculator does not see that your zip code is an APO/FPO address, you may still be able to check out. So, we highly suggest that you contact us first with the item(s) you would like to purchase, to see if we can ship to you. If an order comes in with an APO/FPO address that we can not ship to, we will contact you explaining this and may have to cancel your order. You could have your order shipped to a stateside address or we may be able to set up a special shipping arrangement. This special arrangement would be a method called "Piggy Back" shipping which is to have the item shipped to our warehouse and then we process for shipping to you. This special shipping arrangement would cost a bit more which we will explain this at the time of contact.

ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT:
Once you receive our shipping notice, please visit the shipping carriers website to read about important information regarding receiving package. When you receive your tracking number, it will provide you with a delivery date of your item. You may or may not have to sign for your package. That is determined by the driver if they can leave it at your door or in a secure place. You can also leave a note on your door instructing the carrier what to do with the package. If your area has a history of theft, you may want to contact UPS to set up special delivery or pick up. 

SHIPPING NOTICE EMAILS: Please make sure you add our email to your safe list for your email client and check your spam mail for our notices.
When your item ships, you will receive two shipping notice emails. One is the generic item shipped notice and the other is our custom email that has the tracking and a link to track it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
There are a few licensed products lines that can not be shipped internationally. For the items that ship directly from the manufacturer, many of them will not ship internationally. BUT, we do a method called "Piggy Back" shipping which is to have the item shipped to our warehouse and then we process for shipping to you. For those items, this is why the shipping is a bit higher because we must pay double shipping. At least we offer this method to cater to our international customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING HANDLING: For International shipping orders, please allow an Additional 4 Business days (On top of the already advertise shipping availability time line) for handling due to item having to be piggy back shipped!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS: Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility but there are some items that are covered so please contact us. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up! Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any delay in shipping because customs delay or holding of your items! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this.

Order Cancelation and Change Policy:   

Any order placed with us must be canceled or changed within 24HRS after order is placed. Due to the many custom made to orders items we offer, the manufacturer has a cancellation or change of order time line that we must follow. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us by replying to the invoice email you received or by calling us at our toll free number.
